I used Mark for my new-build basement suite. My existing finishing carpenter's team had to isolate due to Covid-19 and left me in need of a new carpenter. With the industry being quite busy I didn't have success with the first couple of companies I contacted and struggled to even get a call back.Mark took my call, and although he too had a busy schedule was able to fit me in and accommodate.From the first meeting I noticed he was a professional, giving me advice on little tweaks such as changing MDF to PVC in the window wells for long term maintenance benefits. Mark followed up in a timely fashion following our meeting with a detailed material list and quote.Furthermore he showed up when he said he would to perform the work, he was clean and efficient and always gave me notice the day before he was to arrive.His final billing was accurate with no surprises.Five stars.

Mark is a exceptional contractor. If you are looking to do a renovation to your home look no further. His attention to detail helps make his clients’ dreams become a reality. He just completed a full renovation of our main floor and we couldn’t be happier. He is so easy to deal with and is very accommodating when and if issues arise.
