I dont understand how you can call us but cant leave a message and no one answers the phone its been over 3 weeks. this is ridiculous and I want to speak with Dr. Zaphiratos

This is our family doctor and his office is taking us for a ride. They don't answer calls, although on the greetings it says to call us Monday to Thursday from 9 AM. I haven't been successful in getting appointment to renew my prescriptions or checkup on chronic issues. This is one horrible office if you're looking for your family doctor attention. You simply don't care about people. Stay away.

I have been with Dr. Bourkas since I was young and his services have been always good. The Dr. Always took his time to listen to what I had to say and made the nesisary test to make his conclusion for all my diagnoses. Yes it might take time to reach him but if you try calling and don't give up I in the day...you do get through the service line.when you get through, the Secretary is always sympathetic and willing to help you.
