I cant say enough good things about the friendly and professional staff. They came over assessed my pool and provided me a quote for replacing my liner. Not only did they do an incredible job they also followed up with me as to how things were going. That type of customer service is rare now a days. The only people i will go to if I have situations with my pool and would recommend them to anyone I know.

Darcy and his crew installed a new 18’ above ground pool. We were impressed with the quality of the work and the professionalism shown throughout the process. We would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for this service.It was money well spent !!!!

THEY ARE THE BEST" FRIENDLY

Our pool liner finally gave up the ghost and unfortunately this has been a crazy summer to NEED to have a new pool liner installed.Made some calls to various companies, including where we originally purchase our pool, and decided on the guys at B&D Allenscape as their price was competitive but, more importantly, the timing of our install allowed us to actually get to use our pool this summer.That wasn’t something the company that originally installed it could do or that others could guarantee.After a bit of a delay caused by inclement weather, totally understandable considering it’s an outdoor project, the guys took out pool down, then re-levelled the base, repacked it, and installed our new liner and skimmer. Our pool was up and running just after Canada Day and it looks fantastic! Absolutely gorgeous! And we’re loving being able to use it with so much summer left!Brett and Darcy were easy to deal with, and the guys working on the project were awesome as well!Only issue we had was a bit of communication in regards to the wether delays, but even then they were incredibly apologetic and seemed genuinely sincere. They assured me that they have learned from this and added some office help to keep in contact with customers better so that they could focus on getting their customers projects completed.Would definitely highly recommend them for your pool needs. They know there stuff!
