Lost any and all interest in supporting this business!Laundromat hours are stated for a closing time of 11pm.Went to exchange my money for quarters to start my washing and the short black haired woman who has horrendous customer service skills informed me that the last load of laundry is to be started at 930pm and no later.It was 938pm when this happened.Never have i been told this is a rule as per the owners of the variety ztore nor is it posted anywhere on the establishment.NEVER have i experienced any issues or lack pf customer service from the owners of Luckys, but CONSISTENT rude and mannerless service from this woman.Perhaps seek a leas involved career with the public, it’s clearly not your forte.

I went to the store March 10th the atm took my money machine said had a error so left to go to a atm close to Manny the atm told me I had no funds check my account it was withdrawal so went back to Luckys ask the women to look on her camera was told she couldn't and I asked for the atm number and there's she gave me both numbers got thru to the atm company which was a big help how ever I can't get hold of luckys cause there number isn't working so maybe someone can point me on how to get a number that works to speak with management so I can have someone look to see if the money came out and someone took it so I'm not losing my mind the atm peeps said the machine may have been out of cash and was told the store has been going thru some issues so plz becarefull all

The laundromat is superb. They even have a concierge there. They park my car for me. Last time I was there , some nice girl gave me a back rub. It was nice. I will go there again. They are out of this world. Nice place to relax. Clean toilets.

Unreal why hasn't this owner improved the Landry facilities nor the convenience store after all these years Not impressed people no wonder this place is my last resort to visit

Bought a surprise candy bag for my child. A total of 3 in a 3 week duration. Every single item in these bags had been expired for a 2-3 year duration (check for yourself).I understand it's not illegal to do this, but it's overly immoral to sell expired candy, especially when the candy appeals to children for the most part. I've reached out to health Canada and the BBB on this topic in hope that they will put a stop to it.

It's looks kind of run down inside so first impression might be a store that doesn't refresh stock very often. However my experience has always been good and they seem to stock fresh and/or newer items as any big chain convenient store
