Can-Saf Auto Repair

Just contacted them mentioning my Jeep Cherokee is showing engine light. I told him it could be something simple and He didn’t even had to spend 5 minute to use his reader to realize that it was a fault sign and there is nothing wrong in my car. I had $25 cash in my hand I was willing to pay that for his 5minutes. But he took me inside office charged $60 from my credit card. Without doing any maintenance. What a RIP off!

We live in North York and drive to Oshawa for service we can trust. This is an honest family and even when the wife goes by herself they don't up-sell and do repairs" that are not needed. She was loyal to the dealer where she bought the car (new) and did regular oil changes and annually spent a min of $800 for "brake services

I needed to get my van safetied and was told I could come in no appointment, once I got there, the mechanic told me it could be done same day or tomorrow. Was told I needed my ownership so I ubered home and back to obtain and handover the document only to be called back again and told the job could not be done because the van wouldn’t fit. It CLEARLY could fit through the doorway but the mechanic did not acknowledge it, nor did he acknowledge my urgency with a shrug of his uneven shoulders. Clear waste of time, with unprofessional people who do not care to waste other people’s time. What a joke lol

I would like to mention my extreme satisfaction with the services I received.Following a failure of my car I had to contact my Lubrico Warranty for the repair.I have rarely seen a caretaker so professional, attentive, meticulous and helpful like that. The son of Ivan the mechanic from Can-Saf even came to take me home. I am EXTREMELY satisfied and grateful for the service I received. I am impressed with how well everything went cause my car broke down on December 24th .... it was not easy as a situation.  Ivan the mechanic took my car to check everything before I left.  He's always answer at the phone, he's caring for his customer and we feel welcome with him and his sons.  They are a super good family working with their heart and we feel it. Now know the best mechanic for my needs.  Thank you so much for your service, your help and your dedication to your customers.

These guys are simply the best. My car needed a specific part to pass safety, i couldnt find the part in the parts stores in oshawa. Kurt arranged for the part in 40 minutes and at a much cheaper price than the dealership. He installed the part, made sure and double checked it was working. Gave the car a good thorough check. Just greart quality service .

I recently got my brakes done at Can-Saf. The experience was superb!. They offered excellent customer service and reliable service at a reasonable price. They took me in right away and completed the brake job including inspection in less than hour and a half. Thank you and I will be coming back again!
