poor Communication, my appointment was cancelled without any notification. The reception told me I was informed by text message which I'd never recieved it. She said the message was sent on my phone maybe I did not get it. ridiculous!

From start to finish, everything was exceptional.Booking my appointment was a breeze, thanks to their efficient reservation and registration system. The staff was friendly and made sure all my details were accurately recorded.The clinic itself was impressively clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable atmosphere. It's evident that they prioritize hygiene and provide a safe environment for their patients.The dental hygienist, Ms. Fortich that attended me was outstanding, demonstrating professionalism and attentiveness during my cleaning, x-ray, and others. They took the time to explain everything and made me feel at ease throughout the process.The dentist was equally kind and accommodating as well, and the expertise is impressive. I highly recommend this dental clinic to anyone seeking professional dental care. They exceeded my expectations in every way. Thank you to the entire team for their exceptional service

I had a very pleasant experience. My hygienist Ateene was quite welcoming and professional. She made me feel comfortable, which eased my anxieties that I usually get when sitting in the dental chair. Overall I have no complaints.

Excellent, superb, thorough service! I had the pleasure to see 2 different Doctors this month (June 2023) Dr. Crisol and Dr. Cham.Dr. Crisol very precise and aims for perfection in her work. These people cheat on billing.They did my cleaning in two sittings and charged me $600 dollars for cleaning only. Spent 20 minutes and then they dont feel important to give any headsup for any additional things they are gonna do they just charge you for that. We people hardly having any knowledge and dont feel confortable to stop them in process and ask what are you doing. I felt in my last visit that i got cheated just because they are claiming amout from insurance and thats not fair.I got cleaning done afte every three months i always payed $175 for that. There is huge difference in $600 and $175 just for cleaning.

Whole staff very good starting with admin secretary , GIadis. Antoi is excellent. My pressure always goes up when I go to the dentist but she has a very calming manner and made me feel very relaxed. I also appreciate the cleanliness of the surroundings.

Been going with my family for years, super great place and friendly team. My appointments are with Janet and she’s amazing; gentle and light handed yet thorough with cleanings and overall checkups which matters because I have sensitivities and I leave the appts feeling like my teeth are restored and fresh every time!

Fabulous dental care by Dr Crisol and her team. Dr Crisol cares about people and takes the time and care to listen and support. I would recommend Dr Crisol to anyone particularly to people who suffer anxiety around dental care.

Excellent customer service. I have been a visitor for a very long time. the staff is lovely. . I’ve had a few dentist/hygienist who has treated me very well including Dr Kalkra ( not sure her name spelling) but she isn’t there anymore. Now, In her place I have a very caring.. gentle .. VERY PATIENT and kind hygienist Angelica. She’s a gem! There’s also another one I meet sometimes her name is Christin(a). She’s very kind and lovely too. They all are very nice including my usual dentist ..he’s very funny too.. I think he’s Dr Dajou. Thanks a lot everyone! Xx Tabitha

Excellent service! Angelica my hygienist is the best. Gentle hands and really caring, she actively adapts to the needs of each patient. I have a lot of sensitivity and she’s really careful when doing my dental hygiene, she puts the numbing gel 1st. Then she uses warm water for me to rinse, she’s very thorough and educates me about my oral hygiene. She comes Thursdays here. Thank you Angelica! I also saw Dr. Dadjou very friendly and professional, it gives you realistic options for you to choose if you need further treatmentThank you guys!
