Trina was amazing as our dog sitter! Our puppy came earlier than expected and we had a vacation booked where we could not take him. Willoughby dog sitting came to the rescue! We felt very relaxed knowing Maverick was in good hands the whole time. Trina kept us updated on his antics and how they spent their time. Was so nice to not have to worry about him. We are so happy we found Willoughby Dog Walking! We have used them twice for overnight pet sitting while on extended trips and have come home each time to very happy fur babies. Our dog even seemed a bit disappointed we walked through the door after two weeks away instead of Trina or David! Trina and David are so kind and attentive to both our dog and cat and give such thorough updates while we are away which puts our minds at ease. Our dog can be challenging and our cat requires medication and both were handled so compassionately and professionally. They asked detailed questions up front to ensure the right services could be provided and were so patient with our dog who had a hard time initially adjusting to us away and new faces in her house (I’m talking days worth of patience building trust with a fearful dog). We are so thankful for both Trina and David and the awesome work they do.

Trina and David are the most amazing and friendly people I have ever met. They are taking such good care of our two very challenging border collies. Simba, the oldest one was more aggressive towards other dogs but with lots of patience, Trina and David were able to initiate safe interaction and are now taking them on group walks as well. Overall we are very satisfied!
