A quality mechanic, although a bit pricey with the billing hours. I noticed a squeak in my steering, took a quick look on YouTube and identified the problem. I sprayed the location with lubricant. When I took the vehicle in, asked them to check it out. Ended up adding an hour of billable time to my bill, which was 100.00 for something I already knew from the internet.

Look no further if you want your car looked at by the most honest and nicest mechanic. Service is exceptional, prices fair and the overall experience is unmatched by no other shop around. I have been a customer for 15 years and sent many of my friends here, everyone thanked me. These guys deserve 10⭐

Take their time to do things properly.ie. they test drive the car after tire change. Once tires settle then they re-torque them.(all shops should do this safety step but don't)

After going to 3 different auto repairs for 6 months with no solution and long queues, Mike from My Smart Automotive Diagnosed the battery drain issue in 10 mins, and fixed it on the same day. He made sure to explain everything on the phone and again visually on the car when I came to pick up it up. He was professional and smiling, things you don’t see around a lot these days.

Today was my second time visiting smart auto and I have to say everyone there is so welcoming, honest and professional. I knew from the first visit that their honesty was true after they didn’t offer to charge me 500 for a heat shield repair just like my desk ship did. Big thanks to Mike and everyone else there. I definitely recommend my smart auto !
