Sweet Jesus
This ice cream is to die for! Every time I am visiting Toronto I come here as much as possible. Between my friends and I, we have all tried almost all of the flavours and they are all SO GOOD. The staff are very friendly, can make accommodations to your order if needed, and are quick and efficient when the line ups are long. My only reason for giving 4/5 stars is because sometimes they close up early. This is particularly disappointing for tourists like myself who only get the chance to eat this ice cream a couple of times per year.

Waited all winter for this place to open and it didn’t disappoint! I got the brownie one and split it between 2 and there was more than enough as they are huge. I will return.

Sweet Jesus is something to write home about in the sense that I would write to my family and warn them not to come here. The cookie crumbs were hard and stale, the sauce was mid at best and I’ve been given better soft serve ice cream by a 14 year old at Dairy Queen. Save your money and just buy toppings and ice cream at the grocery store - yikes.

Once the tiny bit of topping is gone, you’re left with a plain vanilla or chocolate soft serve. Not worth the price. The cotton candy and the birthday cake could have had those flavor ice creams. Look at my cotton candy toppings—basically nothing! Then look at the picture! Rip-off.

Amazing ice creams and shakes! Best Bit is that it’s right next to Burger n Fries so you can have quality dessert after quality burgers!

They had 1 vegan ice cream available but the machine was broken so I bought a pint instead. A lot of toppings were included. Location is very convenient but be prepared for a line up even on weekdays.

Sweet Jesus
I came here to satisfy a craving for soft serve ice cream and this hit the spot. I had seen the super long lines at the Niagara outlet and was glad there was one right in downtown TO. The 4pm-11pm hours are interesting but I guess there is something to that. The space is small (can only serve 4 patrons at a time) and there was 1 cashier and 1 server. This creates a line outdoors which can be discouraging but it moves quickly. The menu card hanging outside the door lists prices +/- 1 dollar cheaper than the actual cost which is on the menu board inside. Someone needs to have that updated. We had the pimped-out cookies and cream on a waffle cone and a straight-up vanilla in a cup. Both were generously sized for small" and tasted amazing. They also have patio seating if you want to stay back to have your ice cream. I'll be back here for sure!"

Sweet Jesus
Sweet Jesus is a place that sells over-hyped and over-priced fast food desserts. They have soft-serve ice cream with different toppings and sauces, and some cake or churros on the side. But there is nothing special or original about their desserts. You can get the same thing or better at DQ for much less money. This location is also not very clean or inviting. The staff are nice enough, but they don’t seem to have much experience or passion for what they do. They are just there to make some cash and move on. I think there are much better options for dessert in the city. You should support a local and specialized gelato or ice cream shop that makes their own products with quality ingredients and care.
