I have been with Aviva Auto Insurance for 6 years now and unfortunately experienced my first car accident in February 2023.Being that I had never been in an accident before I knew nothing about how to handle insurance, what to do and where to begin. Aviva’s agents were the most supportive and helpful individuals I had encountered throughout the entire nightmare of my accident.Their main concern was me. My health and safety and how I was feeling emotionally. Naturally money was the main topic throughout a majority of my conversations with my agents. However, they were fair and reassuring that I would be taken care of and they were trying their best to make sure everything would work out for my benefit.Given that my accident was a write-off and a huge mess, Aviva was able to handle everything within two weeks time.I wanted to share my heartfelt thank you to all of my agents! Aviva you’ve been so wonderful throughout this whole incident! I would highly recommend anyone to have their insurance with Aviva! Thank you for everything!

Recently I had a water flood at my condo unit, a claim adjuster communicated with me and sent a vendor to evaluate the damages. The next day the vendor sent a crew to provide an emergency service and to protect my household items. The claim adjuster was very helpful and knowledgeable, she solved all the claim issues in a very professional way and settlement payments were done in a timely manner.I'm very satisfied with Aviva service.

Fabulous experience with Aviva after the May21 Tornado came though our place. The roofs have been replaced and look amazing.

I was extremely satisfied with the assistance I received from Aviva in respect of my recent auto claim. I was hit from behind in a snowstorm. Aviva responded to my claim as quickly as reasonably possible and made the entire experience very simple and easy. Aviva gave me clear directions, fully paid for the repairs to my vehicle and for my rental vehicle, and made me feel supported throughout the process. I would highly recommend Aviva Canada, especially in respect of auto insurance.

I know there are always things that could have been done better but my experience with Aviva Insurance has been nothing but top notch. Claiming was easy and the shop they used was great! No headaches through the whole process. I have been an Aviva customer for over 15 years with no regrets. They really do care about their customers.

During a claim Tina was a great help, within the first call my vehicle was at the repair shop, I had a rental and my claim was approved within a couple hours. From beginning to end it was a few hours from the accident to having an appointment for repairs. With it being my first accident I was worried it was going to be torture but praise Tina for her AMAZING service and knowledge.

We have been with Aviva insurance for quite a few years now and never had problems when we had to open an auto claim following a car accident. Good customer service, car rental arranged right away, no complaints. Just wish cost of car/home insurance was much lower in Ontario....

Aviva Canada handled the roll out of repairs to my property which was damaged in the May 2022 storm. Aviva Canada Claim Administrators were very professional, responsive and supportive through out the entire process of claim/repair completion. Aviva provided updates as they came available and returned calls/emails promptly. All third parties contracted by Aviva provided quality repairs/materials and service. The overall experience with Aviva was excellent service! Thank you, Karen
