My wife who has had Parkinson’s for over 30 years had a sudden turn for the worse this Fall and we decided we needed to start a renovation to turn our main floor powder room and laundry rooms into a single accessible washroom and laundry room. They undertook an amazing renovation and created a fully accessible shower, sink, toilet and laundry. The most impressive part to us was the skill level of all their people. The electrician, the tile people, the cabinet maker, the painter, and their own staff were all highly skilled and friendly people. We are extremely happy with the end product - it has had a tremendous positive impact for my wife.

I called them last month to do accessibility modifications in my washroom. Provided them all the details and pictures they asked to get a quote and when I called to ask them about the quote, they just ghosted me. Stopped answering my calls, didn't reply to my voicemails, nothing. Was a waste of time.
