Very very terrible customer service. Just this store, the lady will not help me with color matching. keeps telling me to come back tomorrow with ridiculous reasons.

Terrible service. Just this store.I'm a contractor, using this for few years. they sell exterior paint was not a good quality as I bought.Just shake twice within a week told me that's no problem.But it's problemJust don't shake the paint like water againWon't back to this storeStore manager treat me like no brain person

Wow, what a difference customer service makes!If you want a no nonsense, diligent, nice, friendly experience,I highly recommend this location on 152nd over any others!I wrote a review about the Dulux on 120th & 80th, that I had been a loyal customer for 20 years at that location and all I can say is RUN,do not go to that location- worst management experience EVER!So I followed my advice, and went to the Dulux on 152nd in Surrey,right beside PetSmart and ICBC Driver Licensing,and am absolutely impressed at ARJUN the Manager and (Tamara/staff)?They were knowledgeable, helpful, listened and solved all my color issues and not only that, provided THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!I will be a loyal customer of this location now.
