Booked the shop for the morning before my wedding. Absolutely incredible start to the perfect day. Stef and Komar were awesome with everything they did, not 1 of my groomsmen were disappointed with anything they got. Stef set up the shop beautifully for our morning with food and drinks for us all. The atmosphere in the shop was great all morning, not once did anyone feel out of place.If you're getting married and want somewhere fun to hangout and get ready while the girls are doing their thing Hourglass is definitely the best place to go.

Quality of the cut is fantastic. That's most important but the place also has a very comfortable atmosphere.

Always a 10/10 experience with HOURGLASS - clean shop, good environment, great cut every time. It's hard to find a good, consistent Barber and Stef never disappoints!

I'm new to St. Catharines and was desperate for a good beard trim after being unhappy with the last place I tried. I happened upon this spot and I'm really glad I did. Luckily Komar was able to take care of me without an appointment and he meticulously and painstakingly perfected my beard shape better than any prior barber, including the one I happily went to for the past year before moving here. I thought the prices were very reasonable especially considering how patiently Komar took his time making sure every angle and cut was correct, like a true perfectionist. I will be a loyal customer for as long as I'm anywhere near this part of Ontario.Keep up the great work!

Booked a week in advance the founder canceled at the last minute. Super unreliable IMO with no efforts in trying to reschedule me. People are taking time off to go sit in barber's chairs for an hour, better respect and putting their client first is clearly not their priority. I'm not sure about the hype about this place or the reviews I'm reading here.

I love this place! Everyone is amazing, highly skilled, personable and very friendly. Hands down one of the best barbershops I have ever been to. I will be back, again and again!

My go to place for a great fade and cut in St Catherine's. I've gotten haircuts from both Stefan and Cole. Great service and atmosphere.

Owner Stefan has created something truly great with Hourglass; for both his clients that sit in his chairs, and the barbers that tend to them. The place is clean, the atmosphere is modern, the energy is great, and the service is fantastic. Walk in, kick up your feet, enjoy the energy, and get an amazing cut while you’re at it.Did I mention it was the best fade I’ve had in ages? Just in case you wanted the bottom line.

Excellent Barbershop! This was my first time to this establishment, having only been in town for around two months. The design is upbeat, and modern, with a television playing sports in the background and an eclectic mix of design features. Stefan, the owner, cut my hair and did an excellent job. The atmosphere was light, and informative, and definitely led to a very positive experience. I will definitely return.
