Had a good room it was clean the staff was great. The restaurant staff was awesome one male server was particularly awesome, friendly, fast personable he gets 5 stars. Trip was faster then expected. Food quality of wings and selection could be better. Beer is a little pricy.The meal chicken breast bone in the best in my opinion, mashed potatoes, fresh carrots not frozen with dressing and gravy

Crossing was great! Staff were polite and professional. The rooms were clean. Unfortunately the gift store and restaurants were all closed due to covid. We'll come back in a few years and see them and taste the food. We got on the waiting list at the last moment for a cabin coming back and got one. We felt like we won the lottery!

Everyone is friendly and upbeat. The terminal is large and bright, though paying $4 for a 600ml pop is a bIt much.

Was a very good experience taking the Ferry for the first time ! One negative comment I need to share is the restaurant, the meals are already made that were overpriced and tasteless powdered potatoes. I suggest if you want to eat something off the boat bring a snack or a little lunch.Overall, it was a really fun experience.

We had a pleasant experience crossing during the day. Impressed by the efficient loading and unloading of vehicles. There is comfortable seating on-board. We chose to get a cabin which was nice to stretch out and take a nap.

Incredible experience...ship was massive... restaurant and cafe on board plus ice cream parlour...cabins available but need to book well in advance..can also book recliners in private lounge but it is very hot in there...don't recommend it..

I always have a great experience. Some of the ferries are nicer than others. I think more effort should be made to keep the windows clean though and probably reupholster the seating. Wifi needs improving and the food isn't that great even though it's expensive. I still enjoy my time on the water every time though

Amazing trip. My trip should be on 22Dec at 11:45 am. But we received a call from the staff on 21 Dec 19:00 to tell me that the ferry on 22 Dec was canceled due to high wind. And 22 Dec 23:45 ferry will delay to 04:00. And we can go before 2:00 am. But we have no cabin from the change. But we are enjoying our cabin when we return. Very great experience. Very surprised that you should shower on the ferry. Thank you to all staff who work hard there.

A great ferry service from North Sidney to Port Aux Basque,NL. The voyage was 5+ hours, but we had a calm sea to cross. We arrived 2 hrs before departure as required. The loading process was easy, as the workers gave good instructional directions.
