After talking and getting quotes from several hardwood installers, I decided to go with Didiel since he was the most thorough in checking the existing subfloor especially the areas where there were water stains. His quote was detailed which I really liked.He is immaculate in his installation and cleanup. His attention to detail impressed me. He started and finished on time. I will certainly be using him for my other interior design projects.

DM Flooring Pro was referred by a friend for a flooring job I needed done. They took care of my needs in a timely manner and made sure my flooring was professionally installed and no residue and garbage was left behind post completion. They also made sure to take away all the carpeting and wood removed, and I was left with beautiful new flooring to enjoy. This week, I had a delivery delayed for Vinyl for rental home and when I contacted DM, they came very next day and finished the job perfectly. Didiel take pride in his work and personally looks into every aspect and this is what makes it very easy to rely on his work. Didiel is great to work with, and very professional and follows up on his word.

We used the services of DM Flooring Pro (Didiel) to remove carpet and install hardwood on first floor (with 4 bedrooms and hall-way). The work was done professionally, quickly and with very good quality. Didiel is a skilled, competent, personable and trustworthy flooring professional. He and his team worked quickly and completed the job on schedule. The cost was significantly lower than all competing estimates. We are very happy with the beautiful hardwood floor they installed. DM flooring exceeded my expectations. I am a first time home owner and was new to the topic of flooring. DM flooring was prompt in coming to look at the living space to provide feedback and a quote. All my questions were answered and I was given updated quotes as I worked through the process of what I was looking for. I ended up going for a bit of a non-traditional vinyl which is what I was looking for. DM flooring was very receptive, helping me look through all the vinyl options at their store. From start to finish, DM flooring was helpful and communicative, while being very prompt. DM Flooring did a really good job installing the engineered hardwood floor in my home. The team installed flooring in four bedrooms and hallway. Didi's craftsmanship showed up best in the completion of the curve along the railing (see photo attached). There was a problem with scheduling, but it was not DM Flooring's fault, but the lateness of the installation interfered terribly with the arrival of family attending a funeral service. On completion of the job the bull nose moulding between the top stair and the floor was finished in the wrong colour. The store where I bought the flooring quickly prepared another moulding and Didi did the repair within a few days of receiving the new moulding. Another key area where they paid much attention was squeaks. They did a great job of ensuring no squeaks.According to other reviews DM Flooring is the best in the city. I would not necessarily say that, there are many other similar craftsmen but you cannot beat the friendliness, the work ethic of the team, and quality of the job. If I were to install more hardwood I would get a quote from them because their work is that good.

Didi was very responsive to come come for a quote, as well as make adjustments to it to meet our revised need. He installed luxury vinyl for us. The work was done promptly, and we are pleased with the quality of the job.

We used Didi to replace the carpet in our townhouse with engineered hardwood. We couldn't be more satisfied with the result. Communication from him was excellent throughout the whole process. The quality of the workmanship is very high, you can tell that he takes pride in his work. He is very efficient and was able to finish the whole house in just 2-3 days!
