The Home Depot

I have my small stand shower floor tile damaged . I didnt want to change it in this moment. So i want to paint department and ask if there is any repair kit or coat. I can use. Or something like deck over paint work? As question mark.So she seems busy and send deck over is not made for it. So i believe my main question is not about deck over is my solution that is any thing here can work to repair.So after she answer that deck over is not made for it. She turn her face away.. So i have bad face. But i am sure my face is act.. What is next and well so is anything or coat can do it?So seems she is not happy about my face reaction. So i walk away.. She start to talk the friends around about i want to use deck over which i dont and saying she can read my face reaction which i am sure she is bad at it.Only thing i feel not well. That is how to treat the customer and talk lound about it which she didnt answer my question at first.. So i went back i dont feel well and i didnt mean that i am going to use deck over. I need to know is any way or coat can fix that issue.. You can always Nice to say you dont know or that is nothing here. But you choose to say things more like stupid why i dont listen to you and want to use deck over on tile.That is really bad i can hear you are talking about me which you totally read me wrong and worst part is think i am not listen and talk to your friend about customer

Very friendly staff! Any staff that passes you will say hello and good morning! They can help you find anything and are more than willing to help you find a cart or help you load things into your vehicle. If you have larger items or quantity of something try to order ahead, this makes it easier for you to get what you need at the time you need it. Any issues on products is immediately solved and fulfilled to your expectations! If you need help with building, gardening or pretty much anything the customer service with help you figure it out!

Ordered in some tools they don't carry in-store for pickup.I picked up my order from customer service and went to leave, and multiple employees stopped me and basically accused me of shoplifting despite having the receipt and carrying a large item that wasn't sold in-store. One guy went to check my order number and a lady snatched my receipt to write down my name and all the details from the receipt.A big middle finger to you, I've never felt so disrespected in my life.I'll be shopping at KMS tools, Rona and Home Hardware going forward.

I needed to replace my battery powered drill. Looking at what was available at Home Depot was a bit overwhelming. There was a HD person in the section, so I asked for some advice.I was brought up to date on the new drills on offer. With help, I made a decision to buy a Ryobi 2 pack for about $160. 1 regular and one impact with two batteries. A quick check by my new HD friend and he found a sale item for $100. Bonus.I walked away very happy.

Do not order appliances from Home Depot. Absolute garbage wait times (three months), and then you only have 48 hours to return to home depot if there is a problem with it. Otherwise they tell you to go through the company. Fingers crossed maytag with replace the microwave otherwise we're out money. Basically got told it wasn't their problem, and the fellow was quite rude about it. We honestly didn't believe a microwave counted as a major appliance. Lesson learnt, will definitely go elsewhere for appliances.

Helpful staff, just be diligent when you buy stuff that need to be cut...check it out before you leave the store. Our last purchase of blinds were all wrong and we didn't realize until we were back home...in Salmon Arm!!

Home Depot - you know what is in the store - always the same - province, state, country, and probably world wide.What is unique to this location is happy employees. Well, friendly anyways. They just seems more happy than other locations I have been to.The store is large. The outdoor garden center seems packed with plants.I was looking for lighting and the layout and displays were functional and helpful.lI can't compare it to other stores in town, this is the only one I have been to on kamloops.But compared to other locations in bc I give this one top marks.

I love this shopping experience every time. And came out of there with a new battery operated lawn mower, leaf blower and weed whacker....and pressure washer.The 18v mower is powerful enough to saw through foot-high wet grass like butter! Not even kidding! And that's the tiny one! I know, I know...it's not a huge brand ..but for that price I don't even care if it dies. And it exceeded my expectations!!!! Staff totally helped me out and I never wait in line. Home Depot has really upped it's game lately!!!! Thumbs up!Update!!! Had a fantastic customer experience today. Thanks Bill for keeping my costs down and cutting my baseboards for me! Top notch customer service yet again! Great job!

Some staff are helpful but you have to find them
