The last time I was in this store (last month), I was looking for an item in the seasonal. Not only I couldn’t find any staff to help me finding it but when I found the employee (after 15 minutes), she directed me to an aisle where she assured me the item was there, even though I insisted it should in the seasonal!As expected, the item was not in that aisle.Long story short, finally I found the item myself (in the seasonal).I see many negative reviews about this store. I am hoping this store’s management will read these reviews & will hire & train their employees properly. Employees are there to serve customers I assume?

Huge store with a lot of variety that can easily give you a headache if you don't have something clear in mind to buy. The only thing I didn't like about it is there were only a few cashiers and all the checkout section had been given away to self checkout. Dealing with people is way better than machines

This store is a safety hazard. I’m not sure how they are still operating under these conditions. Many aisles are used as storage space. Main hallways to navigate are cluttered on each side. Just a stressful environment.

We drove across town to go pick up an item that reportedly had eight units in stock. The employees looked for about 10 minutes before telling us that their inventory system is never accurate. This isn't the first time I've encountered this issue and it leads me to believe that it's a deceptive sales tactic to get people in the store. Waste of time, gasoline and patience.

Ordered tires and rims. They told us to give them a couple days to get the order ready.We arrived to pick them up. And there was an extra $75 fee that no one told us about. For putting the tires on the rims. We didn’t ask for it. As our family has our own garage and tools. No one said anything about this fee when we ordered. Nor told us they would be doing that work.They wouldn’t remove the whole charge. So we walked out and will take our business elsewhereYou really won’t remove a $75 service charge that we didn’t ask for on a $1000 order ?!

For the second time, when I enter this branch of CT, I encounter discrimination and racism from workers because I speak English and nobody wants to help me knowing that we live in Canada after all. Everytime i want someone to help me they just walk in front of me and ignore me and it makes me feel like i want to cry. So I want to tell you that I will never repeat my visit to enter this branch or any branch located in Gatineau. I'll just visit the other branches in Ottawa better.

It's a big store with great location.Comparing to other CT outlets is clean and fresh as relatively new and has a huge variety of products.The worst part is stock management. It happened to me multiple times to check availability of a product online (with its location to save time) but it's not there...You can try to get some help from staff in hope that the product is somewhere else (or in the storage) but from my experience you will just find out that is missing. Even if they suppose to have many of it....

This store is all cluttered from merchandise that they keep in the ailes. It feels cluttered, narrow and stressful to navigate. Not to mention that many aisles are just empty of merchandise. I also bought a small camping air mattress that sadly had a hole in it that I discovered on my trip. I tried to return the defective product and they refused. No accountability whatsoever.**Edit** I called the number the customer service asked me and they don't want to offer any help at all. My original review holds and they have no accountability at all.

The worse Canadian tire. There is a reason why this store has the lowest rating of the entire region.-Twice in as many weeks have I checked to confirm the items I was looking for were in stock just to get to the store to be told they couldn't find it and it was likely in their other warehouse in Montebello"!!!I had to go to the hull store where they actually had it showing as in store and on the shelf.-Not all but a good portion of the staff are just rude.-The store is always a mess with so much overstock.Now
