Worst telecommunications company to deal with, the store doesn't help at all like they can pick up the phone as well, then when I called I had to go to this person just for a device unlock, never again is Rodgers getting my business absolutely horrible service in store and on the phone

We went in the store to get new phones for myself and my daughter and we were treated so well by Caylin and Elijah. Both of them were not only extremely knowledgeable and efficient, but they were also able to explain different options and the best plan that would work for us individually.It was such a good experience to be treated so well, even after we changed our minds a couple of times.I would highly recommend this store and these staff members!

I had a lot of problems switching over from Shaw to Rogers -- 5 hrs. on phone and chat, and two visits to the store. Kyle was very helpful and patient, and we finally got the problems solved. They were also assisting another customer, and that agent was very helpful to her. Great Job guys!
