Had a haircut and style with Natasha. I have short, very thick hair. Not everyone is good cutting thick hair. She definitely is. Best cut and style I've had in years!

I just had a beyond rude experience with this salon. I wanted to take my 12 and 9 year old daughters for a good salon experience and got greeted by the receptionist with a real bad attitude, she said we were 15 mins late when I was told my appointments were for 230. Then she goes to say we will try and get the wash and cut done but can’t blow dry it, it’s -1 outside and she expects my daughters to go outside with wet hair. It’s so sad that this experience happened today, thank you to the very rude receptionist very making the end of our March break horrible. I hope you have a great day with your really bad attitude.

Natasha is fantastic! She always helps advise me on the haircut I’ve chosen to ensure I’m okay with the high or low maintenance and how it will look with my type of thinner hair. A big thanks to the receptionist for booking an appointment with the salon downstairs so my daughter could get her hair done as well as they were full. Overall great salon!

Becky is fabulous! She takes her time cutting your hair, you never feel rushed. I love the style and colour she gives me. Highly recommend her!

I recently got a keratin hair treatment done with Maria, and OMG i can not be more shocked at the results.My goal was to get rid of my curly/wavy, thick and frizzy hair that was completly unmanagable. For the start Marias was very honest with me and told me that due to my hair type, the keratin wouldnt make my hair 100% straight, but that it would definitly help my situation. In the pictures below you will see :1) My hair at its curliest2) My hair at its usual wavy + frizzy state and then3) My hair after my first wash and then4) My hair after a few minor ncorrections (done at home with hair straightner)My hair truly did a 180, its SO soft and so much more managable than before. Although their are spot where i see frizz and a slight wave/curl, im still so happy. It usually takes me 30-60 minutes to get my hair presentable to leave my house, now it takes 10.Thank you so much to Maria and the Precision Hairstyling team, i was so nervous for this treatment at first but the results speak for themselves. :)

I went to Precision Styling for the very first time in June of 2023, taking into account their stellar reviews. However, the experience that I had with the aesthetician was anything but stellar. She was rude, unprofessional and also didn't know anything about the wax she was applying. I.e. if it was all natural, company, etc. Nothing. I had asked about the wax for sensitive skin but she was completely unaware of what she was even using. That might not have been so bad, had her professionalism been in place, but that wasn't the case. I relayed my disappointment to Katherine, and she was the professional one. She discounted the fee and said she'd speak with the lady. It's because of Katherine that I might just recommend this place, as she embodied good management and service, but as a first time goer, I cannot recommend much else. Thanks Katherine for being wonderful in your approach.

I got my hair washed and cut by Sumi, and she is a great stylist and very personable. I like how she explained to me why she does what she does when cutting my hair. My hair is fine but I have a lot of it, and she's managed to make it look amazing and gives me good tips about styling. Everyone else working there is friendly and helpful too. I super recommend!Side note: If you want to tip your stylist, bring cash! You can pay by card for the service but the machine doesn't have a tip option.
