This dealership should really invest in some customer service skills training particularly to their box office financial service manager, Lidia. When we were at the dealership inquiring about whether the car had undercoating done previously, Lidia told us to slide under the car and take a look ourselves. If I had to check and do everything ourselves, then what is the meaning of going to a dealership? I guess there is really no reasons for anyone to go to this Calgary Hyundai dealership. You can expect poor services and people servicing you like Lidia. If she can’t even answer a simple question as simple as whether the car had undercoating done previously, then would you be comfortable in anything she sells in the box office? Would you be comfortable for her to handle any of your post sales services such as warranties? I understand the public relation team may respond to this post and try to fix whatever Lidia may have caused. Please redirect all your effort to the sales manager and general sales manager in invest or reinvest in customer service skills training for your dealership employees and to the financial service manager Lidia in particular.

Brought my palisade in last week for a service appointment. I was getting a full detail and a couple of small service checks. Raya is really great to deal with. Even though it was extremely busy, everything was done in good timing. Also, the lovely lady that helped us with a loaner car was just fantastic to deal with. Thank you.

I am a new, and very satisfied, Hyundai customer. Grayson Wood is a true professional; he’s a good listener, seeking to understand the customer’s needs & wants before walking through Hyundai’s product line. He was prompt in following up on my questions and, after I took delivery of my new Tucson, ensuring I was satisfied. He also followed through, without any chasing on my part, on the accessory that was arriving the week after we completed the transaction. I DEFINITELY recommend Grayson Wood if you are interested in purchasing a new vehicle from Hyundai.

He negotiates with fairness in mind and when the deal is closed, he remains attentive and is willing to go beyond what is required to satisfy customers. Eddie thoroughly explained the product and provided assurances after many questions. We will be returning again!

extremely poor service!!! I have been doing my car services with them since I bought the car from them. this is the first time I had problem with my car and the first time I realize how poor their customer service is. I had a bed experience with the last service and I tried calling service advisor 10 times. he never answered the call. I left voice mail to call me back and he gave me ‘ just one formality ring’. I tried right after I missed his call but he again did not picked the phone. I requested reception too and she promised me a call from service advisor. I waited for 2 days.I wish I can give minus ratings!!!

Joey Campbell, the person who seems to help out out with services each time, is also incredible. He is so kind and genuine and always goes out of his way to make sure things are taken care of.

I wanted to share my recent experience with Calgary Hyundai. It was just perfect. The floor manager Deep is amazing and the customer service I got from him has made me write this review. I purchased SantaFe from country hill Hyundai last month and the customer service was the worst so for my brother’s new car we visited Calgary Hyundai and I must say it was a smooth deal without any back and forth deals. The delivery of vehicle was on time. At country hill Hyundai the manager thinks he is beyond customer but Calgary Hyundai took care of us and treated like family. I recommend Calgary Hyundai over county hill Hyundai for sure and the team at Calgary Hyundai is amazing. A special thanks to Deep for the wonderful experience and customer service.
