Fantastic concert in a good sized venue. All the concrete had a noticeable effect on the sound and music but we soon adapted and eventually wasn't noticeable

The arena is older and the seats are a bit tight, but the staff at the concession line was absolutely world class. I've probably been to 100 arenas and 1000s of games in the past 20 years, and this might've been the quickest, friendliest and most skilled concession staff I've ever come across.Management: you've got a good thing going with that staff. Keep them happy, change nothing, don't cut any corners, give out raises, etc. Just don't mess it up with shortsighted or greedy thinking.

Concerts here? Yes. Sound quality? Great for a stadium. There is a ticket outlet right on site, and the proximity to restaurants and hotels reduce the transportation needs to soft shoes and middle of the road fitness. Imagine Dragons played here last night… the venue and concert size both exceeded anything I expected. Dan Reynolds and band put on a soul lifting concert. Cell phone flashlights are the new lighters. Fire up a traditional lighter at a concert, and you’ll be immediately told to stop :). What hurts, is realizing that lighters label you as an 80’s concert goer.

Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre
The conference facilities here are excellent and the SOFMC staff were all excellent and helpful. The washrooms were kept clean and tidy throughout and the garbage cans were never seen overflowing. This was our first time at a trade show here and we would definitely do it again. The BC Fire Chief’s Association organizers and team were excellent but this review is specifically about the SOFMC venue as a trade show facility.

I had a robotics competition here and the arena was very nice with amazing lighting and great bass speakers.A very nice place, and the concession is not the best but still really good compared to other arena concession.

Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre
Good venue. The Save On Foods Memorial Centre looks a bit like a high end pro arena on the outside, but feels like a local community rink on the inside. Food and beverage offerings are very simple but sightlines are good and seats are comfortable. Enjoyable fan atmosphere.
