I wish we could give less than a star. Thistle is quite dishonest. The son took over for the father and that might be the source of the problem.If you have any big jobs, make sure you check the itemized list of charges very carefully. You may find mystery" charges."

3 call one voicemail and I final get a call back. Arrange for a time for quotation...stayed home, NO show...these guys are going to have to learn that bad customer service and these review will be the end of them. Lots of competition out there.

Received a $510 bill for this plumber to come and turn my water off He was only here for 15 minutes. He didn't have the parts to fix the leak so he had to come back the next day ( for another 15 minutes) and charged me again for a service call. Bill was a total of $780. Really expensive.
