I booked an appointment a few weeks ago for a facial with Victoria after a friend told me that it was the best in town. I have had many facials over the years but never one this amazing!!!!! It started with a foot soak..... what a beautiful touch. Then I was giving the choice of an essential oil of my choice. It was a very relaxing experience. When I got up to leave I felt like I just had the best sleep!!! I can't wait to go back again.Highly recommend Platinum Vibe!

Had a pedicure there and it was awesome! Staff were all easy to make conversation with and the service and atmosphere was extremely relaxing! Can't wait to go back!

I had a pedicure and a manicure at this salon (at different times). It was my first pedicure so I was really excited for the experience! Within the week, the polish had already started peeling off on my toes, which I thought maybe was just a bad experience so I decided to try again. I went in for a manicure before going away for a work trip. It was my first time with the nail tech that I had (my regular salon couldn't get me in before my trip) and the service seemed rushed and that they were just trying to get me in and out, and my gel nails started chipping within the week while I was away on my work trip. Was not very impressed with either of my experiences!

From the moment we walked into the salon, we were welcome with a warm smile.. The services (pedi) my friend and I received was second to none!!! I highly recommend this salon !!! I’ve also had several of my friends go for facials… I have been told they are then best in town!

This is by far the best hair salon and Aesthetics in Fredericton. Between the welcoming atmosphere, the product selection, the friendly staff and incredible ownership...you won't be disappointed. If you haven't tried them yet, you need to. A++++++

I love my time at Vibe, nail day is the highlight of my month. I love my time spent with Victoria. I also love my pedis, I could fall asleep they are so relaxing. Thanks Vibe for always making me feel a better version of myself when I leave, then when I came.

I have never wanted anyone to touch my feet. I don’t like to be “pawed” at. But I trusted Victoria and I now go for regular pedicures. She’s fantastic. I make my husband go now too. Both of us have excellent foot care with her. Savanah is a great hair stylist. Just a sweet heart. I am a regular at Platinum. They are kind, compassionate, accommodating and I’m very comfortable there. Thank you Platinum.

Platinum is the only place I'll go to get my nails done! Extremely friendly staff, professional and knowledge, and your service feels as if a friend is doing them. 5 stars isn't high enough!
