Scott Youngblut really went above and beyond with his customer service. I went in looking for a hernia belt and although I didn’t have an appointment, he took time to speak to me about the different options and really looked out for my best interest. I left with a belt he gave me and I am so grateful!I highly recommend visiting the folks at CB Medical, they have exceptional service!

Highly recommend.General Manager Dale Tate set me up for my first order of supplies, answering all of my questions and offering products and services that I didn't even know to ask for; Dale even helped me navigate the AADL process and was more informative than AADL itself. Dale knows the awesome ostomy nurses at Foothills Clinic and they worked together to get me approved for all the products I need to manage daily living, even better than before.Product Specialist Nenad Popovic followed up with fulfilling the order and making sure I got what I needed. Everything arrived promptly and correctly and at a lower price than I had been paying my previous supplier (for more quantity of the exact same items). And CB Medical offers free shipping anywhere in the province -- helpfully saving me a very long drive.In my three decades of ordering ostomy supplies from a wide variety of suppliers in both Canada and the U.S. this has been my best customer experience.Kudos to the CB Medical team! At this rate I expect I will be a satisfied customer for life.
