I had to move the date a few times, and I know how annoying this is for any moving companies. John accommodated all my requests and the team completed the job professionally and in a timely manner. We used J and J Moving Company twice. First was to load our furniture to a storage. Second was to load the same furniture to our new home once it was built.I have nothing but positive things to say about this company. The sets of guys on both occasions were professional and very friendly. They made sure to take extra care when carrying and transporting our items. I highly recommend this moving company!

Easily the best hourly rate with no truck fee in downtown Toronto. Very responsive and allowed me to book the move within the same week of my desired move date. Came with two very friendly movers who quickly got the job done. The movers helped wrap furniture and other valuables before transport and kept things well protected en-route. Small mix-up with payment but ultimately resolved cordially and professionally. Would highly recommend J and J Moving Company!

A friend in the neighbourhood recommended J&J. They are very professional and responsive. John is a phone call away, it was very easy to confirm our booking. There was no minimum number of hours. The team of three arrived early and loaded and unloaded very quickly placing our furniture in the rooms we wanted ithem in. As they say, the more you do to prepare, the more time you save. Would recommend.

Had a move today from Brampton to Burlington. We ended up having way more items then expected. They had a second truck for hire on standby that was able to come in and help save the day. After all was said and done, they made an impossible hectic move as seamless as could be expected. The crew worked incredibly hard to get it done, and we cannot thank them enough. This is the team you want on your side. Even after having to call in the extra truck, the price still ended up within the margins we expected. Not a complaint to be had. Just an excellent experience. John, Scott and crew were friendly and professional from first point of contact right through to collecting all their (free) boxes once we'd unpacked. Their quote was competitive and reasonable and not padded/inflated with extras". In fact they included for no change limitless boxes
