We hired Mike to do our home inspection recently and wasn’t sure what to expect. From the first email and call we felt “good vibes” fromMike who was always so friendly and very responsive. Upon meeting him during the inspection he was a lovely person indeed and made us feel very comfortable. He went through the house and did his thing, pointing out any issues and making sure all of the appliances worked. He also took the time to not only go over his findings, but actually showed us how to “work our new house”. Michael Tita's the absolute best. Our realtor referred Lighthouse Inspections for our home inspection but advised that the usual home inspector that his brokerage works with was away. So, we had our concerns going into the home inspection. Up comes Michael putting all those fears to bed. We were hoping for an extra thorough report as the house that we were buying had a lot of renovations done to them and boy did, Michael deliver His report was extremely informative and super detail oriented. He answered all our questions even before being prompted, gave insighful and helpful tips to make our house more energy efficient and ensured we understood how to successfully manage our new hom. We got the inspection report on the same day with a detailed breakdown of matters that needed to be addressed and how urgent they were. 10/10 will use Lighthouse Inspections and Michael again.
