Elan was extremely rude with her attitude and treats her staff like garbage in front of customers and even gossips about customers. Warehouse staff are treated like garbage as well and deserve better than her.

Use to buy from these guys for years, & without notice now changed to dealer sales only. Zero notice & the attitude of the counter guy. Worst attitude ever and Would not suggest anyone going to deal with these guys with how they treat Customers wanting to spend money.

There used to be a great company named Sprayer Parts Warehouse but it was unfortunately bought-out buy this mess of a business called Westward parts.No longer can you receive customer service that can provide you with what you need asap.. Instead of going a counter and speaking with someone you have to now open an account call or email in your order and wait 1-5 day for the staff to pick your order off the shelf... a process that used to take 5-15mins now takes days.You cannot just go here and except to get what you need asap or in a pinch.. this place is a joke and its sad as they bought-out and erased a great company with great people running it.Way to go backwards... Backward parts!!!!

Very poor , unprofessional service. A woman named Elan was serving me and had such a bad attitude. As I was leaving I watched her verbally abusing another staff member while talking to a customer about it like they weren't even there.

Will have everything you need, way better selection then homedepot/lowes/rona
