Hyundai Gabriel St-Jacques

I went to this dealership to purchase a car, however when I arrived the receptionist was a bit cold towards me. In the end I was pleasantly surprised by how I was served by Adam. I admit that I was really picky and demanding, however he remained very professional and patient with me! He made sure that I got what I really wanted and remained within my budget. I love the fact that he was transparent and made sure that I got the best service ! Honestly I now highly recommend this car dealership, it’s one of the best I have visited and like many mentioned you should definitely ask for Adam !

I came in for service with my 7yr old in tow. I thought i was just coming in for an oil and tire change but they soon let me know I had more serious maintenance to be done. When I asked to be shown in the mechanical room, they didn’t hesitate to take us both back there, show and explain why we needed the work done. Giovanni communicated regularly with us, despite a long unexpected visit. We were able to have some hot chocolate while we waited, and played hockey (and staff were friendly, not annoyed by this). One staff member even told my son he would give him a prize for beating his mom (me). I didn’t think it was more than lip service, but this gentleman came looking for us to give us a gift (a fancy LED night light/clock!). Despite a long unexpected visit (and bill), this was such a positive experience for us both. Thank you SO much for caring about your customers!

I really like to have my regular service/maintenance here.Staff is really nice, waiting area is realy nice and silent.I could even spend couple hours working in the morning without having distracted.New coffee machine (free) rocks!!!

Honestly had a great experience here! Traded in my car and purchased a new car. Honest, hard working and most importantly friendly & hospitable people! Paperwork was straightforward and quick. Shoutout to Fadi, York and Sam!

I always get my maintenance done through Giovanni and he is a pleasure to work with. Super friendly, very professional and curteous. The staff at the front desk is always very nice as well.The work is always impeccable by the guys behind the scenes and I never have any complaints.

Great service. Easy to get there, easy to park. Listened to my concerns and understood what I was talking about. They were even able to install the update for the navigation system on my Ioniq 5.

From the time I entered the establishment my agent was quite welcoming. The service done on my car was quite professional and through’ll. My car was checked for service recall and warranty and any defects were attended to. As a new vehicle owner I don’t have prior experiences with other dealers so I cannot compare this review with other experiences. Good dealership, receptionist was really welcoming.Bought my first car here, the salesperson (Adam) was really patient and helpful. He did the car registration process and license plate so I didn’t have to go to the saaq for anything.

I was at Hyundai a few weeks ago just looking around for a potential car, and the staff there was super friendly. I was leaning towards either a Hyundai or a Honda for my son, and one of the salesman Mehdi really took his time to ensure me why Hyundai was the best choice. He was extremely polite and very knowledgeable. I am tremendously pleased with his amazing service and definitely recommending him to friends and family!!
