This store is way smaller than other lululemon stores. Given its downtown location, it’s understandable. The store carries a good range of new items but not very complete in terms of colour of regular models. I guess it’s good that they hold return to a high standard, but if you are on the other side finding yourself not fitting into a piece of garment after you wear it for a minute at your intended activity, then you may have a hard time returning. Thankfully I shop at larger lulu stores back in Ontario and have had good luck shopping online. Otherwise relying on this local store would be a nightmare. The staff I encountered today is terrible in assuming the worst of their customers. If you can’t trust your customers, you might just not trust them in supporting your business altogether

A pretty small lulu store. They do have almost all the styles but I would go to bigger cities in Canada for wider variety like in downtown Vancouver.I do also think the customer service is not the best. While they’re polite, I didn’t feel the friendliness. Only one staff member had a genuine helpful attitude. I noticed that the only other recent and negative review is from an Asian and I can’t help but feel the paranoia about their change in attitudes towards East Asians. Didn’t feel this at other lululemon stores in Vancouver and several locations in the US, so this is worth calling out.

Prices are high, but beyond that their clothing has been high quality and you can always take it to them to get repaired for free (no receipt needed). So it is definitely a win. I wear commission pants 5-days a week at work, would love to try their commission shirts or equivalent at some point.

It was my first time going to Lulu, and I was totally not sure about the size and styles… but girls working there were so helpful and knowledgeable. I just told her what kinds of leggings I am looking for, and she introduces couple styles similar to what I want. I ended up getting a few of them since I was really happy I decided to go this particular location with their amazing service.

I was told I can return my pants within 30 days. I came back the following weekend and they told me I couldn't because I washed them, I wish I had this knowledge before spending a ridiculous amount on them.

There is a lot to say about lululemon and their high prices, but I would say you pay for the quality of the clothing items. $80 leggings have lasted me around 2-3 years without a single rip. People at this location are very nice and I really appreciate their help when I was looking for things in-store.

Best store in Victoria for athletic gear. Big shoutout to Austin who works here. This guy knows the entire store and clothing lineups inside and out! You just tell him what you are looking for it and he can make great recommendations, and if they don’t have it in the store he can help you order it right to your house. Very knowledgeable guy! Really made my Shopping experience next level.
