Don't eat here! Staff is impolite and rude. Burgers were bad and didn't top it the way I ordered it. 1pm in the afternoon and it took 20mins to get a teen burger combo.

Wife brought this home from this restaurant tonight, Aug 11,2022 around 20 after six(ish). Only opened it to get rid of the onions, that I am sure she ordered with no onions. This is what I see. Now no guarantees its an actual bite missing from the burger but gotta say who in their right mind would serve this to a customer

This A&W is the perfect road trip stop for me everytime I am leaving Halifax to go on a longer distance. Just outside of Truro, it is easy to pull off and easy to access. They give great service and were one of the first ones to start using the cardboard straws, which I love about how forward planning A&W always tries to be. They were also one of the first to introduce the Beyond Meat burger.

It's hit and miss with this place, I live in the area and from time to time I stop in there for a coffee or a quick meal, but it all depends on who is behind the counter that makes it quick or slow. The food is not great but it's good and hot and that makes it worth stopping in because it's convenient.

Stopped here on Wednesday, May 10th.They were short staffed. The girl working the counter was awesome, with no issues at all with the ordering or food. It was more the supervisor" who was working. She was yelling at the other staff. Various customers came in and walked out.I understand they were short staffed

Restaurant was not very clean.Restaurant employee wiped her nose just before taking my order and touched many things in the work area afterward without washing her hands, then proceeded to place the lid to my tea, without washing her hands. I have worked in the food industry for years and I was disturbed by the lack of food safety handling practices by the employee.We were there early in the morning, so in that, I would have expected the floors to be clean, door windows and handle clean and our table to be clean, none of which were.My spouse had eggshells or something else, in his eggs. I hope that they will see this review and take action to improve their food service. I will not be eating there again.

Extreemly dirty.. Same moldy ketchup stayed there for over 2 months. The person running that store seems dazed and confused and had a hard time with a simple order, more than once.. I wont go back and would not recomend to anyone.

I am writing this as I am in the drive through. The young gentleman that served me is incredible. I don’t know his name but this guy is management + material. Accurate, funny and very professional. A&W, promote this man. Do not let him leave. This is what future CEOs look like.

first time trying a&w, teen burger was surprisingly good, but a bit dry. service was nice. Store has dine in next to the supermarket.
