Best Western Plus City Centre Inn

The first best western I’ve stayed at where breakfast is not included. I am extremely disappointed with that, they should charge less then. The hallways and room smell of old smoke. The parking is horrible. I regret choosing this location. I could’ve had better traffic and a free breakfast. My room is covered by my insurance for medical reasons but breakfast that isn’t included is out of my pocket.

The building itself I think has a weird set up and the parking is HORRIBLE. However I would definitely stay here again. The staff were fantastic, the resturant attached to hotel is AMAZING with great prices (try the bannock eggs benny, mushroom burger or baked salmon.. yum.. yum.. yum). The rooms were small but clean and I stayed there during a busy party time" environment for the Shania Twain concert and we couldnt hear anything. So close to Royal Alex hospital and they help my giving special medical rates. The rooms are modern and updated. The staff are all very pleasant and helpful. Having a Tim Hortons does add to the convenience.The attached restaurant has great hours of operation and tasty food choices. I must say thank you to the ladies there especially Zilfa❤️. She was always warm and welcoming during a very difficult time. Found a better rate in Expedia and they wouldn't match.

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times and have always had an enjoyable experience. The rooms are very nice, clean, and the beds very comfortable. Check in and out is quick and friendly. The restaurant and bar offers good food and drinks, and good hours and prices.

Room had wet carpet. We had to move. Pool was deep for my youngest kid. But oldest kid loved the slide. Desk worker helped us with our room but there was no Maintenance worker that day.

Very convenient location. A nice large mall across the street. Plenty of other eateries in the area. Short walking distance to Rogers Place.

Stayed with my sister earlier this month, was a very pleasant experience. Had some issues connecting with the TV and had Nathan from the front desk resolve the issue promptly. rooms were okay, location is Edmonton so it's what you would expect but my sister and myself will definitely be back due to service. thank you for being understanding of our needs during a busy time of our lives.

It’s got the right location for what we needed, the pool is fun and the restaurant is fantastic. The room is good enough, I’m a BIG fan of the split room with the bathroom in the middle.Our room was clean but it was clear that the people before us had some unfortunate sickness that gave the room an unpleasant smell. A can of air freshener did the trick.One thing to note is the mall next door. The mall is fine but that Walmart is perhaps the scariest I’ve been to.

Fantastic hotel. Room was clean and functional. Water was good and HOT when I wanted it. Front desk was knowledgable of everything I wanted to know about. Gave good recommendations on places to eat and what all there was to do in the area. The restaurant attached to the hotel was also great, I am an out of towner, but the steak bites and poutine were off the chain and Locals I ate with said food was great. We ate there 4 times in a six day stay. Didn't try the facilities. If I had to say something bad, the hot tub was not hot. I am sure it is so all guest can enjoy it. Too hot, as it should be, and very few people can use it and not kids.

I booked this location specifically for the pool and when I called to book they did not tell me the pool was closed or even when I checked in. When I walked to go swimming I found a sign on the door. They did give me about 15% off when I asked so that was very nice of them. The parking lot is very confusing and very hard to park in. It is also very very loud in the hotel. You can hear everyone above you, bedside you and in the halls. The rooms are very well cleaned just a little old. I would stay there again but it is a little $$ for the quality of the hotel.
