Absolutely disgusting and rude customer service. We decided to order in and was met with a what you want" no eye contact no hello nothing just a "what you want ".... I ordered my meal as well as my 3 guests meals and the food was basically thrown at us like we were dogs... or some animal. After picking up the fries off the counter like a unwanted inconvenience we sat down to eat but the lady that throw our food at us was circling the dining room giving us dirty looks.Can not believe I wasted my time and money not to mention feeling like a worthless customer all while feeling Threatened by the bigger lady doing laps around us..... as far a the bigger comment I too am bigger there is no disrespect towards her size but I am going to mention she was rude and has absolutely no customer service skills. She made myself as well as my guests feel unwanted and unwelcome like we were almost auisance to her"

This is the best Wendys I have ever been to! The staff are so pleasant and the food is great. I usually find Wendy’s burgers to be dry and over cooked but not at this location. Love the new orange cream soda.

I love this new location in Woodstock ! I actually live closer to the older one and I always drive to this one … way better service . So so nice and polite.. food is always hot! It’s actually the only fast food restaurant I go to! If you want great service and hot food this location is wayyyy better than the other one! Well down to all the staff there !!!

The manager with the reddish blonde hair is the rudest person I have come across. I used the self serve kiosk and purchased an iced coffee she got mad because I didn’t specify what was in it, the kiosk did not ask. Anywhere I have ever been to order an iced coffee just give you a “normal iced coffee” with cream and sugar. She then said “if I don’t specify next time it’ll be black” idk who drinks black iced coffee lol. She then proceeds to complain about it to her co worker for the next 10 mins very lousy and I could hear her across the restaurant. Horrible customer service manager needs an attitude check and fast. I am a store manager myself and I have never disrespected someone or belittle them like this. She always ride to every one. Find a new profession or be kind. I order an iced coffee with out specifying at the Norwich Ave location and I always get a coffee with cream and sugar with no fuss or attitude I’ll definitely keep my business to Norwich ave because they are top notch, Dundas sucks.

Orders are prepared exactly to the customers request. Food is always freshly cooked and hot. Staff are polite, friendly, considerate and repeat the order to make sure it is accurate. This Wendy's location is always clean, packaged condiments and cutlery are always available. Best Wendy's in town!

Will not answer their phone. Make an 80 dollar order on skip and want to add 1 sauce because for some reason add sauce is not an option so you think a 20 second phone call would make it happen. Nope. Called 15 times in 30min before my driver got there just kept ringing.

I've eaten in other Wendy's and found the meals to be OK. This time I found the teen burger to be very dry and uninspiring. I asked for a medium coffee. I received probably 500 ml of coffee, not what I would call a medium size. Way too much.

Bacon portabella melt is so dry !!! Tried several times to order a small poutine with half the fries( so it’s not half dry fries) it’s like no one speaks my language!!!
