Not organized. Came around 1 pm and gave the form to the lady (not patient and a bit rude) at the front desk. The lady told me to get the blood test done first and then come back. Waited 2 h and figured that the lady who got my form didn’t ask me to pay so I wasn’t on the waiting list…

Their website indicated close at 5pm.At the location indicated close at 4pm.The reception (x-rays) and the company are disastrous .Said depends on the volume of people coming in. We are adjusting our serviceAny service job accepts customers to the last moment of daily operations time. Companies such as True North feeded by taxpayers have such attitude.Was wondering if the volume of patients were less

Place is a zoo. They should post on there website if your coming for an x-ray come by 2:00. So if you work you basically have to take the whole day off for an x-ray. What's happening to ontario's Healthcare???

I wish I could give zero stars. Two days in a row I went to get my mom’s X-ray done. Once I was told that they don’t book appointments for X-ray and I should come as walk in. I went at 4pm and there were 17 people and 2 hr wait time. Then again I went the next day first thing in the morning. Waited for an hr and had 3 people before me for X-rays. After waiting for an hr I enquired that I see others going in but my mom is still waiting, she said there are now 6 more people for X-ray before your mom. I asked how come, and there is no reason

This location DOES NOT do xrays! I really wish they would post this or change their name to True Noth Ultrasounds so we wouldnt have to waste our time.Apparently they dont have a single technician to do them. The other location has 4 hour+ waits, so if you need an xray in kitchener, good luck!

I received an email from my doctors to make an appointment for an ultrasound so I called and made an appointment. I received an email shortly after with a different appointment time so I called to confirm that I would like the appointment time I chose as I took the day off work and they confirmed their automated appointment date in the email was cancelled. I took off work and drove 60 minutes both ways to get there just to be told they didn’t actually cancel that automated appointment so now not only do I have to use another vacation day but I have to drive another 60 minutes there and back 2 months from now. They need to figure out their automated appointment situation cause they are screwing over patients and wasting their time and money.

Disappointed with this service today. I booked an appointment a month ago for two ultrasound services. I submitted the requisition (where both services are listed). When I arrived today, they only booked one of my services and told me they didn't have time to do the other." I took time off work for this appointment and can not take more time off. The next appointment I can attend is nearly two months away. I feel that if staff made a mistake it should be their job to correct it. Why is my time less valuable

Nurses that service and direct patients for their exam speak with to you as if you are a animal with no personal touch, making you feel like you are a nuisance. As a business person dealing with the public, I treat people like they matter, these nurses must be tired of there job!

For xrays, which don't require an appointment, the Victoria St. True North imaging location is much, much less busy and more comfortable then the Fairway Rd. location (which shares its waiting are with the attached urgent care clinic). At the Victoria St. location I was in an out in less than an hour, whereas 2 days earlier I sat in the busy waiting area at the Fairway location for over 3 hours, even though I was there fairly early in the day.

Go right at 7 a.m. if you want to avoid crazy wait times. I was in and out in no time and the reception staff were lovely.Who wasn't lovely was the x-ray tech. Wow! Somehow she managed to be rude to me three times in the course of three minutes. I have been around for nearly 47 years and have not encountered that level of rudeness before. It made me sad.
