Ordered online, but the line was very slow moving. I ordered a large drink with NO ICE. Instead i got a LARGE CUP with 70% ice and 20% softdrink... Not nice McDonald's .... The other terrible McDonald's location is on Route 90 south of Notre Dame

I come here often..they always forget stuff so today I decided to go inside to check out there new renos.. i guess there renos were to expensive cause they no longer allow refills on drinks.. a pop costs them like 13 cents and we pay 3 bucks for a drink. Least they can do is allow refills. Time to use a different location.

Normally go and get my morning coffee for work. Will no longer do so. They are so inconsistent with the coffee. This location has gone down the tube over the last 6 months or so. Very disappointed. Also it seems like half the staff couldn't be bothered being a little friendly.

Kinda slow and when you order a mcflurry the ice cream is definitely on the light side meaning they are giving less than they should

This McDonalds screws up my order 100% of the time. I used to call and complain but they just deny and argue. The subway in same parking lot has excellent service and is open 24 hours.

place is known for being very hit and miss, usually miss seriously don’t give these guys money they don’t deserve it. and if you do try let us know about the terrible experience you’re likely to have

The food they gave was really old the chicken and the hasbrown were really old to taste. After eating their food within 3 hrs got diarrhea and stomach upset and pain. Have to go doctor for the pain relief. Will never visit again and ever say no one to visit.

I had a weird experience. Made a mobile order, for curbside pickup. After more than 15 minutes waiting, and seing other cars being served, I went to the drive thru to ask about it. They asked me to go inside, the manager tried her best to locate the order, which didn't appear, despite charged from my bank. Finally, she used my code to find some information and recreated the order as fast as she could. Her service was great, but that app failure annoyed me.

Did drive thru. Every single time I go to this location there's an issue. This will be my kast time it's just not worth the aggravation. Food is never fresh either. Ever!
