I just picked up my roommates gaming laptop from here the owner was absolutely amazing. We needed the screen replaced and he had to order it first, and it only took two days!He's very knowledgeable and so kind!I will definitely be recommending them to my friends!I'm going to be bring my Huawei P30 Pro in to them for a screen replacement soon and I can't wait!Thank you so much for everything!

Had a terrific experience wintas. Brought in my computer which was literally coming apart. They diagnosed a battery that had gotten puffy from humidity in the air and replaced the battery. The computer looks like new. The price was very reasonable and they called all along the way to keep me apprised of the status. I would use them again in a minute.

We bought a computer screen from this company, we live in Iowa it was for my stepbrother just down the street from them. It took a while to figure things out, but they completely stood behind their word. I will most definitely do business with this company again without a second thought ever.

These guys are great. I went in with a bad usb jack on my phone and these guys not only assessed that the jack was fine, just dirty, but let me know that there wasn't a bigger problem. They charged me a fair price for the assessment and cleaning. Cell phone repair can feel like finding a good mechanic. I trust these guys. Three thumbs up.

This guy is fast working, negotiable and good at his job, I went to get my gaming laptop fixed and he did it in 2 days.

I have been here a few times. When my external hard drive’s port was pushed into the case shell, they took the internal out and put it into new casing. Seemed excessive but alright.I went back to fix a key on a laptop. They fixed it well. Fast forward a few years later and I called them to see if they could fix phones, man on the phone said yes. I had an issue with the touch screen working improperly — not being responsive to on certain keys on my XS Max.I took the phone in and the man suspected that the frame was damaged but that he would do a diagnostic regardless ($25.00 minimum charge). Okay. I asked to make sure that if it was the frame, that it would be an OEM part installed for it. He confirmed it would be an OEM part and that it would be $150. The issue was actually with the screen and that was $150 as well. The new part was installed and I immediately noticed a variation in colour, poor resolution, no True Tone and irregular brightness levels.As I needed this repair for a trip, there wasn’t much he could do as he was closed on Sunday and to come back after my trip to install an OEM screen. I’m confused as to why he didn’t just do that in the first place when I asked if the frame was going to be an OEM screen. Anyways, I asked for my original screen back as well and noticed scratches that actually took off some of the blackness on the front screen. He said it that if I didn’t want for there to be any scratches/damage, that I should have just went to Apple to repair it. Really?I took it back to put my original screen back on, and I could tell the man was annoyed as he let out a loud sigh when I walked in. I was reimbursed $150 minus the minimum service fee of $25.I also didn’t like that when a POC walked in, he had his son/employee pretend to rearrange product on the shelves to watch her.I’ll have to find somewhere else.

I went here with an issue charging my phone on a Saturday. Dude spent 20+ minutes helping me diagnose the issue using various devices in the store, and get me the right new hardware (just a new cable). That's not half bad.
