I was worried about going to this location after reading the reviews but my 2 different experiences were really good. I get nervous about drawing blood but the 2 different technicans I had took there time and I didn't feel a thing!They are not overtly friendly but if you are nice to them, they are nice to you. They work hard to get your blood work done in a timely manner and I appreciate their efforts.

Went for blood test, was first time @LifeLabs. Booking the appointment online and procedure went well, no complains. Before leaving I asked for the visit# which is needed to be able to check the results online, however the receptionist said I don't need any code (visit #), so now I have to call Customer support and waste my time on phones. Hence I give only 3 stars, receptionists have no clue, poorly trained.

My experience here today was good. Everything went smoothly and efficiently, and noone was rude to me. The nurse even said she liked my tattoo lol. I have been here before a couple years back and I do remember not having such a good experience then. I was pleasantly surprised today :)

Extremely busy location.A lot of walk -ins from Dr offices in buildings.BEST to BOOK a time.Great staff. I’m there every three months fir monitoring.Always treated well❤️❤️❤️

I went as a walk-in and was in and out in 20 mins (i got there at 7:35am). The technician had no trouble finding my vein. But I agree with the other reviewers about the customer service. The technician was rude. I asked how long it will take to get my results and she just ignored me and when I asked again she asked if I had never checked my results before and rolled her eyes. Then pasted a sticker on my arm and said (not in a kind way) check there.I had to ask a third time how long it will take to get the results. Ugh

Find another place, seriously. You will regret attempting to be seen after booking an appointment. Don't even think about walk-ins. Staff are extremely rude and disorganized. This lab needs a complete overhaul. Disrespectful and disgraceful. Abhorrent wait times and no systems in place.

I went to do blood tests today, and the staff there are very careless about their work. Their lab facility is also not safe for COVID19 safety standards.1) Upon check in, I gave them 2 forms and an additional form to be printed via email (sent to them on the spot) to complete my blood tests. A total of 3 forms. However after my blood samples were taken, I noticed the staff, June, only had 2 forms with her. She then realized she forgot to print the 3rd form, which would have totally missed the point of my appointment. Luckily I pointed that out.2) Their card machine didn't work the day I went. The staff confirmed they only take cash, and the amount I needed to pay was $37. While I was taking the test, I asked my husband to make a run to the nearest ATM. He took out $40 and it costed $4.5 ATM fee. However after the blood samples were taken and after reminding her about the 3rd form, she realized the amount confirmed earlier was wrong too. I now need to pay $112. So I am short on cash again. I made a second run to the ATM, now incurring a total of $9 ATM fee just because of her carelessness.3) There are no bathroom checks / disinfection between patient usage - commonly used room for urine samples. The sink is filthy and you can see dried stool samples on the sink edges. This is highly unhygienic and during the pandemic, totally unacceptable. Their lab is not a safe place and completely vulnerable for transmission of the virus between patients.If I could rate zero star for my experience, I would have done so.

booked an appointment and got called early. The lady at the counter was very nice and the person drawing blood was humorous and helpful. Nice clean facility.

Avoid. A lady receptionist here was verbally abusive towards me because of a mistake she made. No one should have to tolerate this behaviour. People are coming to do their blood work so they can improve their health, not put up with attitude. This receptionist should not be dealing with the public.Lifelabs should send inspectors undercover to see how some of the staff treat patients at this location.

The Receptionist here is very rude. Like im talking to her nicely but shes in a hurry like it was not that too busy. Yearly i experienced this seeing her like im wishing her this 2022 i will not encounter those rudeness and same attitude she has shown. Whats wrong with you girl? I came and talked to you nicely but as i seen your facial reaction while giving the referal forms , your looks are not hospitable enough to do your job.
