Surplus Furniture and Mattress Warehouse

I recently bought a couch with a chaise from here…overall a interesting but good experience. I had to wait close to 2 months to get it because of manufacturing delays. But they kept me informed, and gave me options.However, it was unfortunate when my couch got delivered the delivery guys just dropped off the couch in my space they didn’t bother to take off the plastic or anything. (I also gave them a tip) I asked them where were the legs they said it should be in the ottoman… nope, there wasn’t any legs and no decorative pillows. I called the store they found that odd and were questioning me…then they told me to come down to collect the legs and pillows. For my trouble they gave me free bed sheets which was a nice gesture. When installing the legs I noticed that my ottoman had a broken piece inside so I could not attach 2 of the legs correctly. So I called the store again they were helpful and told me to bring the ottoman back so I could exchange it for a floor model as they didn’t have any extra. Again for my trouble they gave me a free side accent table! Wow!There were definitely some hiccups along the way but I’m glad Surplus were professional and tried to ease the situation. In the end, I am really happy with my new couch and want to say thanks to them!

I really liked it here. The staff was helpful and the store is Mattress glore. Tons of options with tons of bed as well furniture combo.I will definitely buy from the store because of financing options and quality available.A must visit for Mattress, Living room furniture, Bedroom sets, and Sofa sets.

Kulbir and Regine were awesome to deal with. They listened to our needs and helped in every way. Kulbir was very approachable and maintained the highest of professionalism. He knew about the products and was very confident in his knowledge. Kulbir also showed a level of empathy and understanding when dealing with our needs!! It was also a pleasure to laugh and joke with the team, it made our shopping experience very enjoyable.

Horrible business, Terrible customer service, and very aggressive sales people. I’ve been in sales for more than 10 years and not once have I ever done something so rude to a customer. I purchased a large sectional from this business and I let the sales person know I needed one week to make space in my living room. It was set to be delivered and I had made a deposit on the purchase. I got a call later that week informing me that the sales person had sold the couch that I bought to someone else! Never in all my years have I been so greatly disrespected by a business, now my living room is empty and their solution was just to offer me a refund. Highly recommend you stay away from these aggressive, dishonest and disrespectful sales people.

Kulbir was really helpful, he went around the store and explained the different features of the furniture I was looking for.

Fantastic customer service and a great overall experience. The staff were super helpful in accommodating everything I needed. Their products are top notch. I love it. Would recommend to everyone.

6 pm today the staff member at Sargent gave my son $10 as I was short a dollar to go to the trampoline park- thank you-so very much

Bought a mattress from here, prices are not expensive but not cheap either but quality is good. The service staff was very helpful, special thanks to Mehek to help me with my purchase.
