We needed branding and a website designed, and goodness gracious did Purple Pig deliver. Incredible customer service and the attention to detail was astounding. The level of support the Purple Pig team delivered completely floored us. They assisted us in generating ideas, shaping our brand and the end result was perfection. They have earned customers for life; we cannot stress just how wonderful they were to work with.

This week I went through a very trying time to get my site updated through an old hosting and registration site I had used many years ago. With the help and support of Edward and Dave from Purple Pig, I was able to get my site registered and updated. Edward Alp and the team from Purple Pig recently recreated our website. Our previous website was very plain and we knew we needed something much better. The Purple Pig team had a zoom meeting with me and we decided at that time what we were needing and wanting and they gave terrific guidance to help me get them all that they needed. They created a Drop Box for us to send our pictures, bios and informational text to. Ed and Denny and Dave made themselves completely available to answer all of our questions and guide us in what fit best on our site. The end product is wonderful - a big step up from the very simple site that we had previously. WOW - what a result working with these guys turned out to be. I was hesitant to approach a 'proper' branding company to design my logo as I feared the expense and what I assumed would necessitate a bunch of communication and misunderstandings.... leading to more and more charges...but from the minute I spoke with Edward my fears were immediately banished. His communication was top notch. Expectations and process were fully outlined and the honesty was very refreshing. Even with all my ramblings I felt heard and supported in my ideas. I was made to feel like I was not a problem, even though we had to dismiss the first logo due to my error. They nailed the tone I was going for and I can't believe my new business is going to have such a professional looking logo....I almost cried I was so happy with the result! The price couldn't have been more reasonable either - WELL worth it. I just can't rave about these guys enough.
