Friendly staff. It's nice that the high school students mostly congregate in one area so it doesn't get too loud.

Amazing helpful staff. They were even able to bring in an older book not held by local libraries that was special to my grandfather so that I could read it to my son. Bright clean atmosphere. Children's programs, and great variety of newer dvd rentals as well, and if something isn't here have it brought in from the catalog :)

It's a great place for study and work.The wifi is fast and working so well for work.The range of resources at this library are incredible! From 3D printers to movies and CD to books (both paper and electronic) to internet access to live television feeds and enormous open spaces for study and reflection this library literally has it all. The staff are always friendly and helpful.The Librarians are professional, courteous and extremely helpful.You can place a hold on anything you want online or with the computers at the location (there are three) and pick it up here when it arrives. They do, however, have a HUGE selection of movies to take out. They seem to have a good size selection of children's books as well and a few nice areas for reading for both kids and adults alike.

They are always very kind and the service always fast. Amazing people and very good books. It is only missing a café... but I guess a girl can't have everything, right?

The staff at the Grand River KPL are so helpful and friendly. I often go to the library to scan documents and they are always willing to assist or answer any questions.
