Worst job ever. You honestly do not want to work here. Extremely fast paced and stressful job. Very high employee turn over rate. Poorly mis-managed. Lead hands aren't helpful. They don't even want to cover you so you can go to the washroom. They're usually outside smoking when you are looking for them for assistance. They are rude and yell. Even management will come out onto the floor yelling, swearing and throwing plastic totes around. Not a great work environment. Very toxic. No regular raises either. Unsafe work environment. Shifts get cancelled a lot, hours cut all the time. Management never seems to know if there's any work available. God awful.
