Ordered a bucket of chicken with sides and popcorn chicken for my kids, they screwed up the order ended up giving 3 boxs of fries instead of the popcorn chicken which is not a super big deal if the fries werent soggy, the gravy is basically grease flavoured water. The chicken itself was very overcooked covered in grease and pretty much inedible. I would call and complain but most they're going to do is offer me a deal for the next time we go which is never because the food is over priced trash and i won't be going back. Hope this helps!

They don't like people interrupting their space it's like we should not ask for food any ways they didn't give us what we ordered they gave us somebody's else's order to late to take back if the head office of KFC don't realize what is taking place with these foreigners buying up all these places then their Business will collapse sorry to say we always had KFC once a week and now never again untill they change owners and do the right thing and make KFC back to its original way of KENTUCKY FRIED CHICKEN and customer oriented and satisfaction

Since the remodeling, KFC at this location has been less than enjoyable.You need to go to an entirely different cash/area of the store to order (a pain when you gave a family).KFC is not part of the drive-thru.Their website hours are incorrect.KFC was never great great, but it used to be convenient.

food is the same kfc you get anywhere. take that as you will. what i dont like is redesigning your whole restraunt(so it is way smaller, and uglier)and then taking out the drivethru? guess ill go to all the other ones that have a drivethru, like you should.

This restaurant is disgusting and in need of a reno. The furnishings are old and dirty. If you are going to eat there, make sure it’s take out! It’s also in need of some landscaping...parking lot is overgrown with weeds

Awful. Dried chicken that tasted like it was cooked yesterday. Also cold fries which had been sitting around all day. Soft drink tasted like it was poured yesterday. Flat and no fizz.I used to like KFC. Waste of money. I will refrain from ever purchasing again.
