Both my wife and I are patients of Dr. Jamie and are extremely satisfied with the results of our therapy. We have found that Active Release Therapy (ART), also called Active Release Technique, a non-invasive manual therapy technique that works to correct soft tissue restrictions that cause pain and mobility issues has been much more effective than what one would consider the “usual” chiropractic techniques.

Anyone will hip/knee issues you need to book with Ashlyn! I had such an amazing massage I left with no hip or knee pain!Ashlyn is very knowledgeable and professional with an awesome personality!
