I've had the best experience as a tenant with Guardian Property Management. Over the 2.5 years that I've worked with Guardian, every staff member has been friendly, and quite effective at their role. All communication is timely. The minor problems I ran into with the condo were dealt with quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend Guardian to any tenants, they truly are fantastic.

I have been renting my place since 2018 and I have been with Guardian Property Management for almost a year. I have had a great experience with its different departments especially Guardian’s Service Department.The building that I am renting has it own unique challenges as an old heritage building close to a park. Nevertheless, the service department has always taken effective and prompt decisions and actions with maintenance, upgrading, improving and obtaining the necessary permits. I believe that Guardian Property Management adopts a highly ethical stance with regards to reducing the carbon footprint, managing the wildlife, and saving resources. I also very much appreciate that they work flexibly with my WFH schedule.

My experience with Guardian has been nothing less than excellent. Joanne excels at tenant selection as I have never had a tenant issue during the entire time I have been dealing with Guardian. I also appreciate Joanne’s up front no nonsense communication so that you always know exactly where you stand in any given situation. The Guardian staff are always a delight to deal with and professional.

We rented a property with Guardian Property Management from November 2020 to February 2023. We found them to be both kind and professional. They're very responsive and ensure their properties are well maintained. We are only leaving because the property we were renting was being sold by the owner. Guardian ensured we were well taken care of throughout the process. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

What can I say about Guardian Property Management. They have managed my moms rental home for the past 3 years. Their customer service is truly FIRST CLASS. Over the years I have had the pleasure of dealing with many at the company and all have been exceptionally kind, caring and highly responsive. I've been renting an apartment from Guardian Property Management for a little over a year now and so far my experience has been fantastic. The building itself is quiet, clean, and well-maintained. Any issues that have arisen with the property have been resolved quickly.The staff at Guardian have all been super kind and welcoming. Karen and Larry gave me lots of time to check out the unit before applying and answered any questions I had. Christina is always quick to respond to emails and I feel that her and the rest of the staff truly care about the comfort and well-being of all their tenants. I moved here from a small town and am loving living downtown Kitchener, exploring all the food and art and community there is to get to know here. I'm hoping to continue renting this unit and enjoying this city for a long time to come.

Property for rent was beautiful. However the application process with Guardian was disappointing, very tough to communicate with and could not answer basic rental questions about the property. They do not provide a great deal of confidence. Would not recommend renting with this property management company.
