Worst customer service ever. Takes days to answer emails and if you call , they put you through to order desk and no one answers. Sat and listened to phone ring for over 5 min.Malabar super spice provides similar services and products with amazing customer service. I would highly suggest them over this company

Horrible service. Horrible feedback. When you call to place an order they send you to an email address that will not respond within 2 days. If you go in person they will tell you to email other people or departments where again they will not respond. I tried the Oakville location for convenience but decided to stick with Canada Compound in Woodbridge which have a convenient order desk and customer service with same day or on the spot service. I would avoid Wiberg if you can.

Been trying to place an order with them for 2 weeks now and it's been so much run around. No progression on the order is done unless I call for the next step, meaning I've called 6 times now and emailed even more.I'm still waiting on my order, with the best info given being they are busy
