I will not be shopping here in the near future i bought Christmas presents there and i got gift receipts for them but due to covid a friend and i couldnt get togethet till Feb and when she took it back they would only give her the lowest price because you only had to Jan 15th to exchange. My friend tried to explain that she had stage 4 cancer and she couldnt get together didnt make a difference. im so disappointed in their policy.

After receiving a top for Christmas that was too large,I went to the store on February 15th to return it. I realize that I was late returning it but was told that I could only have a gift card for the exchange. No problem except I had a gift receipt which shows what the top was purchased for. I was given 7 dollars less than my friend paid. I tried to explain that with the pandemic we were late in exchanging gifts. I only wanted an exchange for the value my friend paid. I thought that was what gift receipts were for.

Great store for the plus size women. Excellent sale on now. 60% off the sale price.Lots of active wear on-sale. Along with many other items.Bras, skirts, dresses etc. Very friendly and helpful staff. They get to know you by name, which is very nice.

I love going into this store. The staff are wonderful and make me feel like I am part of the family. Ann is an awesome manager! I find they have a variety of selection in clothing and footwear. Amazing....just amazing all around!

Went in to buy a bra, and was sold one for $75 before being handed my receipt and then asked why I didn't buy the $20 version. I suppose it's probably nice to have two bras, I just wish I felt like it was more of an honest transaction and not like I just got ripped off. I did end up buying both after being convinced by the saleswoman not to return the $75 one, but it felt kinda pushy overall. The bras are ok though, one came with a weird crease in the cup that won't seem to smooth out (funny that was the $75 one...) but it could be that I don't know how to properly smooth it out. The ladies in there are nice and very helpful though, I just wish I didn't feel misled about the whole thing.
