Just started a relationship with these guys and so far having nothing but great things to say about them. First couple of orders have been smooth and I'm satisfied that they'll continue to do so. More than helpful (not to mention extremely patient) online and on the phone so I have to give them full credits.

After buying from them for over 28 years I found they needed to go. Just abysmal staff with the worst attitude especially in the accounts department where they made lots of mistakes and I had to pay for it. They have too much product and not enough sense. Annoying to deal with. They do not support their sales reps.

I have dealt with these people for many years. Customer service is fantastic. the manager is a complete idiot when it comes to there warehouse staff mistakes. I have left, not going back..EVER!!!

Tried to order Sunbrella from Ennis, set up an account. Because of the size of the order, was told we had to get a quote from a Sales Rep, they would call us. No call, wait a few days. Call back, told we had to deal with a Rep, Rep would call, no call. This happened 5 times before we found another Sunbrella dealer that had the product in stock and in our hands in 48 hrs at a fraction of the Ennis list price. If anyone in Management is reading these reviews, ask your Sales Reps what the heck is going on. You lost our account with your unprofessional conduct!

There are only a hand full of Canadian suppliers to the upholstery trade, so my options are limited....but of them all, I can't stand this company. Over the past 6 months I've noticed a change at customer support/sales. NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE!!!! In the last 6 weeks, I've spent over 2 hours on hold for 1 order that has given me nothing but headaches. 2 hours on hold just so I can talk to someone in CS for 15 minutes. The recorded message that plays while your on hold says that you can email them, which I have....and have gotten a response to my email(s) 24/hours later, 48/hours later....sometimes I don't even get a response. Calling the Mississauga office doesn't get any results either, they just refer you to Edmonton. I can't stand this company!

Their catalog needs help. They should test it like asking someone to find something. The catalog is all over the place. Example if your looking for buttons you should be able to go to index under b.

Always pleasure to deal with Sabina, no hustle, no headaches, she knows the product and her product advice and recommendations are great. Always very professional and she is so pleasant to talk too. Thank you!

Called to ask if the order was ready, they said it was. When I arrive to pick it up they tell me it's not ready. I wait an hour, after 4 pages to the stock room the product is finally brought out. It's the wrong size. I am forced to order a more expensive product in order to get the right size and wait another week. I call again to ask if the second order is ready, they tell me it is. Upon arriving they tell me it's not ready, I have to wait again as they fix their mistake. Both times I waited I was sitting next to people who had been waiting near an hour to get an order brought out. One of those people was returning a wrong order. This is the most disorganized, poorly run company I have ever seen. Avoid them at all costs.

Former employee. After going through all the poor reviews, I would like to let everyone know that after the company adopted the new system, the entire team is making efforts to get the orders done as quickly as possible. They had to adopt this system because the older one was out dated. They updated the system to help their customers, workers and they are trying to be user friendly with the system. But unfortunately, there are some bugs in the system which slows it down. But, from the day when new warehouse manager took the charge, things are getting under control and customers are receiving their orders on time. I do believe in them, and their steadiness will definately be proved good.The CEO - JIM ENNIS has invested a lot for the system so that he can serve his customers better. Good luck team.
