Kia Ora was exceptional in every way imaginable, from the customer service right on through to the products. I was actually blown away by how dramatically different Kia Ora was after a bad experience at another dispensary, where customer service was probably the worst I've received. Here, staff were all friendly, helpful, intent on finding and making sure I left with exactly what I was looking for. It's just a welcoming place, almost elegant but completely professional and very personable.

Great store and great variety of products!! Excellent customer service, too! Especially on Christmas Eve when it was so busy and there were only two employees on staff. They were so attentive and helpful, and made the experience worthwhile and I will definitely go back!

never has anything in stock at either store, and has contradicting weights on items regularly, when they do have thing in they can be bothered to post simple strain info like if its sativa or indica...this place has gone down hill

Awesome staff and environment. Everyone is super knowledgeable and friendly always! Absolutely amazing selection for accessories!!! However compared to other dispensaries their products are slightly more expensive and their selection is mainly 3.5g and 28g where other dispensaries have more 7g and 14g options. I find myself going there less and less now that I have cheaper options and better sizing around the city and it's sad because the staff at every other dispensary doesn't even come close to how amazing the staff at Kia Ora are. (Please note this is an edited review)

It was my first time visiting the store today- I walked in and was immediately greeted by a friendly staff member (I didn't catch his name). He was super helpful and attentive and I didn't feel like I was 'being watched'. The store was beautifully laid out and the rock waterfall wall is a nice touch. The man who helped me was very knowledgeable and helped with all of my questions. I will absolutely return and frankly, I can't wait to! :)

The layout is nice. Also awesome they offer body products and lots on display. Way to many workers on the floor compaired to customers. Product knowledge was lacking with the one sales person I had. Judge for yourself though.

Absolutely phenomenal! I was picked up by Dave (free shuttle service) we had a wonderful conversation on the way over. In our conversation he had mentioned a sale that was happening. I decided to check it out, the strain was what I went with this visit. Thank you for the lovely ride and conversation!The store was very well kept, nice environment, well labeled and staff willing to help and answer all questions!Overall I was very impressed with service and would make the trip across town to go to this store in particular in the future!

Second time now that I have checked website and the percentage listed on website gave a much higher value than what I actually recoeved, when the store was called they said there was nothing they could do that there is a disclaimer on there website, which when looking back i couldnt find.. Make sure to check packaging before buying as they like to do a bait and switch it seems.
