I feel compelled to share my recent experience with the property management company in question. I was assisting a friend who was looking for a rental unit in Canada. She, along with her children, is new to the country, and understandably, they have no credit history or references yet.From what I understand, the company's aim is to protect the owner's interests. However, their approach strikes me as unfair and potentially illegal.It's important to note that my friend is more than capable of handling financial responsibilities. Both she and her husband run a successful medium-sized company and earn a sufficient income. While she plans to work remotely in Canada, her husband will remain in Korea to manage their business affairs. I find it puzzling how the company treats applicants with jobs in Canada who might lose them during the rental period differently from my friends, who have a secure job and a thriving company. Despite this, the company refused to explore other options that would be in compliance with the law.In an effort to demonstrate their ability to pay rent, my friends provided their bank statements, clearly indicating their financial stability. Surprisingly, the company dismissed these statements, deeming their income insufficient. Strangely enough, they didn't even request to see their pay stubs. Instead, they insisted on an upfront payment of one year's lease, totaling a staggering $39,600. I raised concerns about the legality of this requirement and asked for alternative options, but they refused to consider any alternatives, stating that the owner would simply reject my friend's application otherwise.It is disheartening to encounter a property management company that engages in such unfair practices, seemingly unwilling to consider applicants' individual circumstances. I strongly believe that renters should be given a fair chance, especially when they have stable jobs and a reliable source of income. The company's refusal to seek alternative solutions is disappointing and frustrating.I sincerely hope this review serves as a cautionary message to potential renters. It is essential to be aware of the difficulties you may face when dealing with this company. I intend to report this matter to the Compliance and Enforcement Unit to ensure that such practices are addressed and rectified.

Rented a 1 bedroom condo with Noble for a year, managed by Donald Goo. The application process was convenient and they were very professional. Donald was attentive and detail-oriented with the unit and very responsive to questions. The move-out process was quick and swift. Noble has a great scheduler team to ensure all appointments are booked. Would definitely recommend for rentals as well as property management.

We rented from Noble Homes for 2 years. The apartment was in Yaletown and the we extremely responsive and professional throughout the entire tenancy. I kept expecting them to be difficult but right up until the end of the move-out, inspection and deposit return they were very pleasant to deal with. I would have no problem renting from them again in the future.

Noble homes is very professional in their services. The property associates Ida and Donald are very professional and will help you all the way from showing the property to arranging contract and documentation. I highly recommend them in Noble Homes.

My experience with Noble & Associates Property Management (Noble for short) is wonderful. I was travelling on business outside BC when I was looking for a property to rent and Noble's rental postings had one rental property that really attracted me.Therefore, I contacted Noble through Nicole and we communicated a lot about the details of renting the property and my background.Firstly, I was asked to provide lots of documents (e.g. employment letter, PR card photocopy, etc.) and I could tell that this is a very professional company in terms of prospective tenant screening.Then I was able to virtually tour the property with the help of Donald. Donald was also very professional and patient in the virtual showing. He helped me check the things that I am concerned about and answered questions for me. It was a very enjoyable virtual tour experience.I was then asked to fill out the rental application form and the landlord approved my application only one day after I submitted it. It was so efficient, and I was really glad that my background met the criteria.Then I was given the rental agreement to sign. In this process, I had lots of questions about the details of the agreement and Nicole was very patient to answer every single question from me. After my questions were all clear, I signed the agreement without any hesitation.Then, on the move-in day, one employee from Noble called Nickole performed the move-in inspection with me. She took tons of pictures and recorded the condition of every room in details. This was so professional and I was really happy that Noble has this step on the move-in date.After the move-in, I found that the AC had some problems and the cooling function did not work. Nicole took lots of efforts in finding the service company for me to resolve the issue. I am aware that Noble represent landlord's interest but Noble is willing to help tenant to solve problems in the property. I felt so lucky that I meet Noble and have Nicole help me solve the problem.Here I would like to give my especial thanks to Nicole!!! Your help means a lot to me. Thank you for being responsible, responsive, reachable and considerate! Nicole is the main reason why I am willing to write a detailed review for Noble. I would highly recommend Noble (especially properties managed by Nicole) to anyone who is interested in renting one property from Noble. This is a professional team!

Absolutely horrible service.Your repair requests will not get answered.Your security deposit will get taken to the wood chippers; they nickel and dime as much as humanly possible out of it.And the cherry on top: they took a rent payment from my account after my tenancy had ended!Overall, I have never had a worse experience with a landlord/property manager.

Noble & Associates was our rental agency for two years during 2020 and 2021, before we moved to Vancouver Island.Noble worked to find amicable solutions to issues that were in the best interest of both the renter and the landlord.When we opted to move from the Lower Mainland, they provided us with an excellent rental referral that helped us break into a difficult rental market on Vancouver Island.We would like to thank in particular Donald and Winnie for their work.We would use Noble as a rental agency again.

I rented an apartment from Noble & Associates and it was a wonderful experience. They were helpful during the virtual showing and I was able to rent the apartment before moving to the city. Donald Goo was really helpful and kind and went out of his way to stay late as I was coming from the airport to get my keys. He was really nice and welcoming and helped with all my requests during my tenancy. Everything was done by the book and everyone that I contacted were nice professionals. I'd use their services again.

Noble took great care of my family and they did everything by the book. any issues were dealt with promptly and effectively.Don our property manager was a specially great with people and always a friendly person to deal with and was always available to help out with anything that was needed.thanks :)

I rented a condo for a little over an year from Noble and it was a great experience. The whole team was always super responsive regarding any matter.Special kudos to Donald Goo, who was the one who first showed me the unit and the one who came for any needed inspections. He was always went above and beyond to make sure the experience was as smooth as possible.I would for sure rent with Noble another time.
