Cody at Backlash diagnosed my transmission issue immediately out of experience and saved me a 1300.00 misdiagnosis from a competing motorcycle shop. He also re aligned my belt and tire for safety and got me on the road in the same day.

I was traveling through South Dakota from Michigan and started having bike issues stopped in there they dropped everything looked at it figured out what was wrong got my in right away and got me back on the road. Awesome people and a great shop I highly recommend!!

Cody is the best! He’s fair, honest & knowledgeable. My 2013 Road Glide Custom engine light started flashing during the stop & go riding down Lazelle St. I knew I wasn’t trusting a Harley Dealership, called them, made an appointment for 1st thing next morning. Minor error code, took care of me, had me back on the road within 90 minutes.

It was a busy weekend so they opened early to take my bike. Great mechanics, Knowledgeable, helpful staff. And they don’t jack up prices for the Rally. Highly recommend!!

Thedrive belt broke on my Harley, I called and Cody came and picked my bike up so I didn't have to pay a tow bill to get it over to the shop. Fixed it very quickly, very knowledgeable. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

After our bike broke down in Spearfish we were so lucky to come across this local shop! They went above and beyond to help us out and got us up and running to enjoy the rest of the sturgis rally. I would highly recommend them - trustworthy and fair. When we're ready for some bike upgrades we'll be heading here.

I rolled into town with a dead battery and called Backlash. They got me in immediately and replaced my battery at a fair price. They were quick, professional, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend this shop.

Awesome experience! Cody quickly and thoroughly went through my clutch to fix all necessary components that were broken/wore out. I was also shown the bad parts, and explained better on how they work. Most mechanics don’t take the time to do this. Thanks!
