Firehouse Subs Hespeler Road
Walking into this location, I noticed that it was bright, clean and very well kept. It was a little busy. The employee at the cash counter was friendly and polite. The service was slower than expected. From the time I payed until the time I received my order, it took 15 min. There was 2 customers ahead of me and 3 employee. The subs were well made and tasted delicious. The quality of the ingredients were excellent.

Absolutely terrible service… waited for over 30 minutes for one sub, Do not waste your time unless you have an hour for sit down lunch. I’ll never come here again. Period. Go to firehouse they’re amazing.. just not this location.

GO! Do NOT hesitate. You WILL be happy that you made the choice to go. You will be satisfied. You will be full. You will say “this is the only place to enjoy subs from here on out! AMAZING! Puts other sub joints to shame. These are subs done right with the best tasting fresh ingredients EVER! Fast, clean & plenty of seating plus parking.

Firehouse Subs Hespeler Road
We have tried this location twice and both times our orders were incorrect. The most recently my daughters sub was custom built with just chicken, lettuce and ranch......what she got was just plain shredded chicken on a bun. In addition to the mess ups the meat in our subs were dried out and awful. The service was good and polite but we were asked if we wanted pickles with our order and those were also missing. We normally love Firehouse Subs and have been to several other locations that were great but this one not so much.

OMG!! The best sub, I'm telling everyone. I had the Hook and Ladder bread was just baked, veggies so fresh. It was by far the best sub I have ever had. Great atmosphere, it was a Monday and so busy. Everyone helping one another and great team work. Thank you for a great visit.

First time eating their very impressed with the food. Interesting idea of using a compressed paper clam shell to hold sub then the standard paper warp. Enjoyed the experience and looking forward to my next visit.

This is a good Firehouse Sub location. Good employees always happy to help. I would specially thanks Jenna for help. Food is delicious and the footlong sandwich is enough for two meals for someone with low appetite. Clean and hygiene place, quality food. I had engineering sub and steak & cheese sub both were extremely delicious. App and website is not showing all the menu options it is better to give them a call or order in person at store. If you are collecting points/stars don't forget to ask before paying, it is real hustle after the fact.

When your paying 30 bucks for a sub and a coke it better be perfect and mine was not even close. When i got to work to eat my sub thats only 3 min away. the bottom of my sub was wet and mushy. Also 30 bucks for a sub is highway robbery....do better.

Firehouse Subs Hespeler Road
Subs were barely edible after we picked off all the items we can't eat. Why make custom subs four of them when they aren't made accordingly. All four subs were incorrect so won't be back. Receipt showed what we wanted but instructions weren't followed. 73 bucks for 4 subs that are all wrong so clearly someone can't followed instructions.
